About the Event
A Candid Outlook on 2025 Energy Deal Making
Petrie Partners Director Max Silverman and Senior Vice President Austin Hughes will share their unvarnished perspectives on energy deal making for 2025. Following the wild ride of the past four years, the pair will share the upsides and downsides of potential scenarios.
Â
Petrie hot takes will cover several topics, including:
A&D: Do core strategies in Permian (and EagleFord) vs. rotation of other basins win the day
M&A: Will markets continue to reward consolidation and does certain companies become bogged down with their acquisitions
Private Capital: Will formation remain slow due and will non-traditional financing adequately fill the gaps
Energy Transition: Will alternative energy investments be necessary for transition and will capital interest in ESG continue to wane or settle out
