JIM JOHNSON, Vice President - Finance & Treasurer, Magnolia Oil and Gas Corporation

Jim Johnson serves as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for Magnolia Oil & Gas Corporation.

Mr. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, financial planning and analysis, risk management, investor relations, corporate development, and strategic planning within the energy industry.

Since joining Magnolia Oil & Gas in 2018, Mr. Johnson has been responsible for the Company's treasury, capital markets, banking relationships, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, insurance and risk management, and other strategic finance activities.

Prior to joining Magnolia Oil & Gas, Mr. Johnson spent more than nine years with Southwestern Energy Company, serving in positions of increasing responsibility across planning, finance, treasury, and commercial development. Most recently, he served as Director of Commercial Development in 2018. Prior to that role, he held leadership positions within financial planning and analysis and treasury, supporting the Company's strategic planning, capital allocation, financing, risk management, investor relations, and financial reporting activities.

Prior to Southwestern Energy, Mr. Johnson held various operational roles with Baker Hughes and National Oilwell Varco, where he gained extensive experience across the oilfield services sector.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
