JORDAN JAYSON, Chairman of the Board & CEO, U.S. Energy Development Corporation

As the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Energy Development Corporation, Jordan Jayson helps determine the vision and strategy of the firm, as well as oversees the implementation of change management. He joined the firm in 2009 as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2014, he was promoted to CEO, becoming the second-generation CEO. During his tenure, he led U.S. Energy to invest in, operate, and drill more than 4000 wells in 13 states and Canada, deploying more than $2.0 billion on behalf of its partners. Before working at U.S. Energy, Jordan spent ten years working on Wall Street, where he was responsible for portfolio management and trading for his respective firms.

Mr. Jayson graduated from Avon Old Farms. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and his MBA from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. As a TCU alum, Mr. Jayson coached lacrosse and participated in the Neeley mentorship program.
