SHAUN BENESCH

Mr. Benesch is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and began his career with Price Waterhouse.

In 1999 he joined Marathon Oil where he served in various financial, accounting and M&A roles. In 2007 he played a key role in developing a startup CPA firm specializing in SEC reporting companies. Prior to joining Diverse, Mr. Benesch also held roles as Vice President, Finance for Aurora Oil and Gas and acting Asset Finance Manager (US Lower 48) for BG Group.

He also has significant international experience having worked in Canada, West Africa and Russia.
