BRYAN CHAPMAN

Mr. Chapman joined IBERIABANK in 2009 to start up IBERIABANK’s Energy Lending Group. He has 31 years of energy banking experience.​ Prior to joining IBERIABANK, Mr. Chapman managed Amegy’s Houston energy-lending which included reserve-based loans to upstream companies and acquisition/working capital/project loans for midstream companies engaged in gathering / processing / transportation / storage of natural gas, crude oil and refined products. ​

Prior to Amegy, Mr. Chapman was with ABN AMRO (1993-2001) where he managed a portfolio of energy companies and National Westminster Bank (1987-1993). His experience includes working with private, private equity-sponsored, public and state-owned companies in the upstream, midstream, downstream and energy service sector and raising debt and equity capital via the commercial bank, private and public markets. ​

Mr. Chapman is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), Houston Producers’ Forum, Houston Energy Finance Group, the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association and the Texas Independent Producers, Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO) and the Risk Management Association. ​
