LARA KROLL

Ms. Kroll serves as Vice President Accounting and Controller for Chord Energy (formerly known as Oasis Petroleum Inc. and formed upon the completion of the merger with Whiting Petroleum Corporation). Ms. Kroll has more than 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. 

She most recently served as Vice President Accounting and Controller for Oasis Petroleum, beginning in 2017.  Prior to her role as Vice President, Ms. Kroll served as Manager of Financial Reporting and Internal Controls (2010-1011), Assistant Controller (2011-2015) and Controller (2015-1017) for Oasis Petroleum.

Prior to joining Oasis Petroleum, Ms. Kroll held positions of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Houston audit practice, working with numerous clients in the energy sector handling SEC filings, financial reporting, internal controls and Board reporting.

Ms. Kroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University.
