MELINDA FAUST

Ms. Faust joined Detring Energy Advisors in May 2016 and leads the firm’s business development efforts. Formerly, Ms. Faust was a Director at Lantana Energy Advisors where she was actively involved in sourcing and executing transactions across the mid-cap A&D space.

Melinda is the Founder and President of ADAM-Houston, ADAM-Permian and ADAM-Rockies A&D networking organizations (Acquisitions, Divestitures And Mergers), which host a combined membership of over 700 senior-level A&D professionals.

Ms. Faust began her career in the oil and gas industry in 1998 at a small offshore independent and has since spent time at then start-up DrillingInfo, Noble Royalties, Krohn Racing, Lantana Energy Advisors and finally her advisory role at Detring.

Melinda was recently named “Top 25 Influential Women in Energy” by Hart Energy and Oil & Gas Investor and “Top 30 Influential Women of Houston.” She is actively involved in multiple industry organizations including the ADAM groups, Houston Energy Finance Group board member, Small Steps Energy Classic committee member, Independent Petroleum Association of America and Houston Producers Forum. Ms. Faust holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of New Orleans and her real estate license in the State of Texas.
